Role Overview:
We're seeking a dynamic and engaged Founder's Associate Intern (Operations) to immerse themselves in the multifaceted world of startup operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and contribute to various operational aspects critical for enhancing customer success and overall business efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Operations Involvement: Play a hands-on role in optimizing operational processes and systems, directly contributing to our efficiency and scale.
• Data Management and Onboarding: Ensure accurate data integration and smooth onboarding of new clients, maintaining high standards of data integrity.
• Content Development: Collaborate in the creation and refinement of support materials that improve customer understanding and drive effective product utilization.
• Documentation and Process Optimization: Develop comprehensive internal documentation and playbooks that streamline operations and facilitate scalability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between various teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering to synthesize and relay critical feedback, driving improvements in our service offerings.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program.
• A robust interest in technology, sustainability, and environmental stewardship.
• Exceptional communication abilities and adept at collaborative team work.
• Keen attention to detail coupled with superior organizational skills.
• Proficiency in German and English.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets; familiarity with Python is a plus.
